I’ve been going to yoga on and off for a couple of years now. In that time my husband has become an avid yogi as well as my daughter and her friend. Jane has a beautiful studio over looking the countryside, which enhances the calm, tranquil essence of yoga. Everyone’s yoga journey is different, but Jane’s knowledge & professionalism allow her to tailor each pose to best aid her clients. Since going, I’m much more mobile and use the breathing techniques when I feel stressed. Thank you Jane, you’re a star and friend to boot
