✨ This past weekend was such a beautiful reminder of how important it is to pause and soak in life’s celebrations

🌸 I spent some wonderful time in Chester, staying in a lovely apartment overlooking the racecourse. There’s something so grounding about starting the day with such a wide, open view: pure tranquility

🌿 We then headed to Chester Zoo: a little bit of wonder and nature to lift the spirit: before travelling to Preston for a truly beautiful wedding.
🥂💖 Celebrating love and connection with friends and family is the ultimate way to nourish the heart

✨Wellness isn’t just about the poses we practice; it’s about the joy we cultivate in our everyday lives and the memories we make
