I started practicing yoga with Jane remotely 3 year ago.  I can honestly say that she has changed my life.  I used to suffer with debilitating back and neck pain.  This has been eliminated. I never knew yoga could get you so fit and strong.  I feel incredible after each practice, both physically and mentally.  Jane is so good at reading people and progressing them at just the right pace. I highly recommend Jane for anyone, whatever your age or level.
