Waiver Release from Liability and Indemnity Agreement

By participating in this yoga/movement class with Jane Nunn of RoseYoga I hereby agree to the following:

1. That I am participating in the Yoga Classes & Training offered by Jane Nunn of RoseYoga during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga and health. I recognise that Yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class & Training with Jane Nunn of RoseYoga. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class.
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class & Training, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class, training, or program.
4. In further consideration by participating in the Yoga Class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Jane Nunn of RoseYoga for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the class, training or program.
5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
6. I understand that it is my responsibility to verbally let the instructor know if I have any injuries that would prevent me from being adjusted or if I am uncomfortable for any reason being adjusted.

PAYMENT TERMS

7. Prices are set out on my website. I reserve the right to change my prices at any time. I, of course make every effort to ensure the prices on my website are correct. If for any reason they are not, I will inform you of the correct price of any package you have sought to book and you will then have the option to proceed with your purchase, subject to you paying the correct price, or to cancel your purchase. If you do not complete the payment process or if payment is not received in full, I will not be able to process your purchase, so please ensure that you do complete all the steps on my website to make sure your purchase can be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

8. Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations made within 24 hours of appointed time will be charged for the full amount of your session.

BOOKING POLICY

9. You can pay online with a credit card from Visa, Amex or Mastercard or pay using PayPal. All our credit card transactions are secure and processed by Stripe
10. I have read the above and fully understand its contents. I understand by making a booking with RoseYoga I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
